The Immigration Department of the Ministry of the Interior provides students who come to Taiwan to study at colleges and above, apply for a residence permit at the foreign embassy. Have foreign nationality and have never had the nationality of the Republic of China, holding admission permit/notice or proof of enrollment and registration.
