1. Resident Visa Application Form
   You must fill in the “Online Resident Visa Application Form” print out a barcoded visa application form, and sign it in person for confirmation.
    
2. Applicants for minors shall attach the consent form of both parents; if the parents are divorced, the consent form of the person who obtains the rights and obligations of the child or the bearer shall be attached.

4. 2 pieces of 2-inch color photos within 6 months
    
5. Original and photocopy of passport
   Passports must be valid for more than 6 months and have blank pages
   Please photocopy the basic passport information page including the photo
    
6. Original and photocopy of the medical check-up certificate
   A medical examination certificate issued by a domestic hospital or a foreign hospital for foreigners designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare within the past 3 months (the foreign medical examination certificate must be verified by the Republic of China’s foreign mission).
   Please refer to the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Health and Welfare Website for inspection items and physical examination hospitals.
    
7. Original and Photocopy of :  (1) Scores & Transcripts.  (2)Admission/Notice or Certificate of Enrollment and Registration.
    
8. Original and photocopy of the highest degree certificate (including graduation certificate and transcript)
   Certificates other than Chinese or English should be attached with a Chinese or English translation (subject to verification by the Chinese Embassies in Foreign Countries ).
    
9. Original and photocopy of the financial certificate (6 months of recurring financial resources)
   The county provides a financial certificate, a remittance certificate, and a scholarship certificate issued by the person or third-class relatives (parents, grandparents, siblings)
   The scholarship certificate must specify the duration and amount of the award.
    
10. Other documents as required by the individual.
    Depends on the needs of the case review (for example proof of purpose of coming to Taiwan, parental consent, certificate of no criminal record, certificate of language ability, and any other required documents for review)
    Applicants in China must photocopy the most recent visa page and entry stamp page.
